What are the delivery costs?
The shipping costs are €5.75 per order. For orders from €75 we do not charge shipping costs.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
All our products are custom made at the time of order. The delivery time of our products is therefore usually 3-5 working days.
Personalized items may have a longer delivery time.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail with which you can track your order.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused and in original condition. Personalized items cannot be returned.

The costs for the return are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
What material are the products made of?
All our products are manufactured from vegetable bio-plastic, derived from corn. This material is not only biodegradable and environmentally friendly, but also surprisingly lightweight.
How is my bouquet delivered?
All Fleuriek bouquets are pre-arranged. As soon as you receive the bouquet at home, you can put it in the vase immediately!
Each bouquet is delivered in beautiful packaging to protect the bouquet. The environmentally friendly packaging makes the bouquet really packed as a gift.
Are the prices of bouquets including vase?
Yes, all prices on our webshop for bouquets include a vase. You can choose the desired color and model yourself.
