Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you certainly can. It’s always possible that you’re not completely satisfied with your order or that something went wrong. That’s why we give you a 30-day consideration period. After that, you have 14 more days to return the order to us.

How Can I Return My Order?

Follow the steps below to send your return correctly: 

Step 1 

Send an email to info@fleuriek.nl stating that you want to return your order. Also indicate the reason why you want to cancel the order.  

Step 2 

Preferably place the items in their original packaging and put everything back in the shipping box. Note: make sure the product is in its original condition and is well packaged.

Step 3

Create a label for the address below:

Place the label over the original label and take your return to the nearest pick-up point. Make sure to keep your return’s track & trace code until it has been processed!

Our Return Conditions

• Indicate within 30 days that you want to return your order. After that, you have 14 days to return the order to us.
• Make sure the item is in its original packaging.
• The item must be in good condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Both the costs and risks of shipping for a return are at your own expense. 

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that are custom-made or personalized.

Refund

Processing a return shipment takes a maximum of 14 days after receipt. After receiving your return shipment, we will immediately refund the amount to your bank account/credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of transfer. If you paid by credit card, it might take a bit longer.
